Hi, my name is Lucie Oakley, and I’m a Specialist Practitioner and Wellness Coach here at The Chrysalis Effect.

Like you, my life was hugely affected by an illness I didn’t understand. I spent years battling pain in various parts of my body, fixing one ache with physio only for another to take its place. I took painkillers because others thought I should, even though I knew they had no effect. I held off on plans until one day in the future when I ‘felt better’ and tried to cope with the waves of depression that followed me.

A few years ago, a friend told me about The Chrysalis Effect. I signed up for the free trial, planning to cancel straight away. But the information was so fascinating that I continued, and a year later, I felt much better. Not only was I feeling better physically, but I also realised that I hadn’t felt the depression for months.

I have been working in the holistic health world for a long time, first qualifying in Reflexology around 20 years ago, then in Indian Head Massage and Reiki. I’ve had other jobs along the way, but nothing has captured me quite like this. I knew I wanted to learn more and qualify so that I could help others.

Now, I work with people like you who are ready to free themselves from chronic illness. Using coaching techniques, we will work together to help you make the decisions you need to make positive changes in your life. I’m here to be your companion on this journey, to hold your hand or push you forward as needed. I can guide you through The Chrysalis Effect program, so you focus on what is relevant to you, and help you navigate through the phases, wherever you are starting from.
