I was a highly focused, confident, conscientious, perfectionist career women. I had a demanding job which I loved, it was stressful, but I was determined to succeed and climb the ladder. I am what is termed an ‘A type’, a woman who kept going until I was forced to stop when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

I had to find my own path to find recovery, after a consultant told me I could end up in a wheelchair! Now I am here to support you with your recovery pathway to health and wellbeing.

I have over 30 years’ experience working with individuals, teams, groups and business organisations, through various roles including extensive training in the therapeutic field of counselling and coaching in addition to my Trauma Informed Specialist Practitioner and Wellbeing Coaching training with the Chrysalis Effect.

It is my passion to facilitate transformational change in partnership with you to support your recovery at every stage of your journey with the Chrysalis Recovery Pathway.

I will work with you to empower you to achieve your aspirations through a transformational change coaching program. Your wellbeing, confidence, strength, resilience and creativity all lie beneath the surface that has been covered up by stress and illness.

My inspiration for coaching comes from knowing that wherever you are right now, together we can achieve your true health, vitality and wellness.
