With more than 20 years’ experience working in holistic health, wellbeing and energy modalities, I have long been a passionate advocate of our innate ability to heal. Having supported one of my sons through his chronic fatigue journey (from bed bound to climbing mountains), I understand how it feels as a family member & carer as well as being able to look at recovery from my expertise as a specialist.
I have been a Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner since 2012 and my work includes a blend of trauma informed wellbeing coaching, spiritual mentoring, EFT (tapping), EAM (Energy Alignment Method), women’s empowerment and somatic practices. I offer an initial free 30-minute health consultation so that we can chat about your needs and options.

I am based in West Sussex and work mostly online via Zoom. I also have a glamping business offering off-grid wellbeing and digital detox breaks in a beautiful rural spot overlooking The South Downs.
